Aged Farmstead Cheddar

Our signature aged cheddar is crafted in small batches using raw milk from Blue Sky Dairy's pasture-raised Jersey cows. Each wheel is cave-aged for a minimum of 12 months, developing a rich, complex flavor with crystalline texture.
